[心得] EB2分享 (無面試)
順利從USCIS暫時畢業, 唯一的RFE就只是繳交體檢表,
也運氣很好的免面試, 我的案子是從F1-OPT開始，
過程經歷OPT-STEM,H1B和老婆的H4申請，可以給類似的人參考，
律師是公司派的算是負責,不過綠卡是自己的,
唯有自己掌握申請狀況才不容易出錯，感謝板上的心得分享

08/12/2020 The fingerprints for I-485, I765 were taken.
09/15/2020 I-131 and I-765 approved for both applicants

10/01/2020 H1B status started
10/14/2020 Request for initial evidence (Request I-693) for your Form I-485
sent for both applicants
11/02/2020 The response(I-693) for Form I-485 received
12/23/2020 Card ordered for both applicants
12/28/2020 I-485 was approved for both applicants
12/30/2020 We mailed your new card your Form I-485 directly to the address
you gave us.
12/31/2020 The Post Office picked up mail containing your new card.
2021
1/4/2021 Both Cards were delivered
......Spouse's I-539 is still pending.

ALL Chinese Version only documents were translated by myself and certified
with my friend with "CERTIFICATION OF ACCURACY OF TRANSLATION" document.
