Increased wait times for green cards erects significant barriers for : skilled workers from TW to remian in the US and to participate consistently : in the high-tech workforce. : FAPA supports the approach now contained in HR3146, which shifts STEM : graduates from EB-2 to a new EB-1 subcategory while exempting them from : the overall 140,000 cap on employment-based green cards.
