[問題] 已經收到USCIS批准通知，要等多久
我和我太太在台灣5/17結婚，之後我要去加州讀博班。我是美國公民，因此替她
申請了I-130，而在今天收到了USCIS的批准通知。信封上的郵戳是6/28寄出的。
USCIS說會把資料轉到NVC，NVC會通知我太太進行後續的程序。我猜想後續程序應
該是和AIT面談，或許要做健康檢查。
由於學校9/24開學，我必定要在那之前到美國。我當然希望我太太能跟我一起去
，但這就要取決於簽證什麼時候下來。
請問各位有經驗的板友，在收到USCIS給的I-797通知petition批准之後，通常要
等多久？
如果來不及的話，我是否該趕快替她申請一個K3？

我剛剛從AIT連結出去，在這個網站：

看到這段文字：
Important Notice: Effective February 1st, 2010, when both petitions
have been approved by USCIS and sent to the NVC or when USCIS approves
the I-130 before the I-129F, the availability of, as well as the need
for, a nonimmigrant K-3 visa ends. If the NVC receives both an approved
I-130 petition and an approved I-129F petition:
。The nonimmigrant K-3 visa case will be administratively closed.
。The application process explained below will not be available to the
foreign-citizen spouse and cannot be used.
。The NVC will contact the U.S. citizen sponsor and foreign-citizen
spouse, with instructions for processing the IR-1 (or CR-1) immigrant
visa. For more information on the immigrant visa process, review the
Immigrant Visa for a Spouse webpage.
大意是如果NVC收到已經批准的I-130，那就不能，也不需要再申請K3。當NVC收到
核准的I-130之後：
。就會將K3結案。
。網頁上其餘關於外籍配偶的描述也不適用。
。NVC會聯絡申請人與外籍配偶。
所以我現在應該還是等NVC通知吧。
我也寫信去問AIT了，看那裡怎麼回。
但我想既然K3要經過NVC通知當地領事館進行面試，I-130也要經過當地領事館進
行面試，所以當NVC已經收到USCIS批准的I-130，他們的工作就是通知當事人和
安排面試吧。
而在台灣自然就是通過AIT面試。
而且既然都是AIT面試，那新的K3和已經通關USCIS的I-130，感覺後者要過的關
卡比較少。
明天我會看AIT的回答，然後更新後續。
