RE: Original submission of I-824 for consular processing based on an
approved NIW immigration petition and approved I-485 of Mr. xx
Dear Immigration Officer:
Enclosed please find Form I-824, Mr. xx's Application for consular
processing in American Institute in Taiwan, Form G-1145, E-Notification of
Application Acceptance, and all supporting documents.
The I-824 is based on a previously approved I-140 petition under EB-2 with
National Interest Waiver category (SRC-xx-xxx-xxxxx) and an approved I-485 (
SRC-xx-xxx-xxxxx) for Mr. xx. (Alien#: Axxx-xxx-xxx)
Enclosed please find:
Application Fee $405 (Form I-824)
Application Forms:
Form I-824
Form G-1145
Copy of Mr. XX's Green Card.
Copy of I-797 approval notice of I-140(EB2 NIW) and I-485, respectively
Copy of original EB2 NIW I-140 petition
Copy of original I-485 petition
Copy of household certificate
Copy of Passport frontpage of xxx (unmarried child younger than 21 years old)

如果有缺東西,據說會退件..或是RFE?
接下來不清楚會怎樣,好像是approve後會收到個package,再看著辦....
