[問題] 共用帳號查詢申請資格
有件事想請教站長：
依共用帳號禁止條例，
申請共用帳號查詢需為發生共用之實的看板之板主，
由其直屬組長來此申請，
不過本人不太明白被檢舉人資格這項：
(2) 被檢舉者需有下列行為：
多人使用同一帳號且有積極作為，包括擔任公共職務、管理板務、
鬧板、洗錢等。其他未列舉事項則由帳號部認定之。
被檢舉人是
1. 只要有多於一人使用同一帳號發言之情形
還是
2. 有多於一人使用同一帳號發言且違反板規之情形
便達到申請調查之資格?
麻煩站長解答了。
