[問題] 長天數縱走行程如何補充蛋白質?
在山上的食糧
為了輕量化主餐大部分都帶乾燥飯 泡麵 麥片 類的
行動量不外乎餅乾 零食 巧克力之類的
幾乎都是碳水化合物
短天數(2~3)的話還ok 下山可以馬上補充蛋肉之類的食物
但是長天數的縱走 如果每天都是碳水化合物有點受不了
不知如果想多補充點蛋白質 該如何準備食材
帶肉類放不了太久 帶雞蛋怕破掉而且很重
唯一想到的就是肉乾類的 或魷魚乾 小魚乾那種海鮮類的乾燥食品
大家長天數縱走都是如何準備阿?
