13-12-2013 Better youth scouts The past few days the youth scouts have attended a continuation-course which should help them to spot new talents. Because of this, the youth scouts can now guarantee that they will always propose a new talent to you when you call them. Previously it could sometimes happen that they had to tell you that they were not able to find a new talent for that week.
