[問題] The elephant vanishes
我在美國買到一本村上的短篇集，1993出版的。
有一些故事我不確定是在臺灣的那些短篇集裡有出現過，
(也或許根本沒有出版過，那我可是挖到寶了XD)
目次如下：

(這篇是不是發條鳥年代紀的短篇版呢？我記得村上寫作是由短到長這樣發展的。)

(麵包店再襲擊)

(袋鼠通訊，在哪一本小說集呢？)
On seeing the 100% girl one beautiful April morning
(遇見百分之百的女孩，再熟悉不過了)
Sleep
(完全不知道)
The fall of the Roman Empire, The 1881 Indian uprising, Hitlers's invasion of
Poland, and the realm of the raging winds
(這篇名字超長，但也不知道)
Lederhosen
(沒印象)
Barn burning
(燒掉穀倉，在哪本小說集？)
The green monster
(綠色的獸，萊辛頓的幽靈)
Family Affair
A window
TV people
(以上三篇都不知道)
A slow boat to China
(開往中國的慢船)
The dancing Dwarf
The last lawn of the afternoon
The silence
The elephant vanishes
(以上四篇也都不知道)
由於我比較少看村上的短篇，所以知道的很少，
希望有看過的人點一下它們到底收在哪本短篇集裡，謝謝。
(在美國看到村上好開心，好像見到老朋友)
