如果有兩個core長得應該是像這樣
Chip

│ L1 L1 │
│ └─┬─┘ │
│ L2 │
└───────┘
每個core都有自己的L1 cache但是L2 cache是大家一起用的，
答案是false是因為假如cores之間分享的data很少，
那L2 cache就會像是被各個core切割。
