In nuclear physis detectors are often used to measure the rnergy of a
particle. To calibrate a detrctor, particles of known energy are directed
into a detector. The values od signals from 15 gifferent detectors, for
the same energy, are as follows:
260,216,259,206,265,284,291,229,232,250,225,242,240,252,236
Are these detectors doing a good job or a poor job of putting out the same
signal for the same input energy?
