Learn more: : https://bit.ly/3iTFFMz : https://reurl.cc/eErQqm : 美國駐福爾摩莎總督府PO文了穩定一下最近因為美軍在喀布爾狼狽撤退而浮動的人心看來這次阿富汗撤軍的沖擊比預想的大，國家安全顧問、ait官方都需要公開放話了。美國對台灣的承諾當然一如既往的堅定。問題是美國承諾了什么？白紙黑字的台灣關系法說的很明白︰ IMPLEMENTATION OF UNITED STATES POUCY WITH REGARD TO TAIWAN 美國對台灣政策的實行 SEC. 3. (a) In furtherance of the policy set forth in section 2 of this Act, the United States will make available to Taiwan such defense articles and defense services in such quantity as may be necessary to enable Taiwan to maintain a sufficient self-defense capability. 第三條︰A. 為了推行本法第二條所明訂的政策，美國將使台灣能夠獲得數量足以使其維持足夠的自衛能力的防衛物資及技術服務； (b) The President and the Congress shall determine the nature and quantity of such defense articles and services based solely upon their judgment of the needs of Taiwan, in accordance with procedures established by law. Such determination of Taiwan's defense needs shall include review by United States military authorities in connection with recommendations to the President and the Congress. B. 美國總統和國會將依據他們對台灣防衛需要的判斷，遵照法定程序，來決定提供上述防衛物資及服務的種類及數量。對台灣防衛需要的判斷應包括美國軍事當局向總統及國會提供建議時的檢討報告。 (c) The President is directed to inform the Congress promptly of any threat to the security or the social or economic system of the people on Taiwan and any danger to the interests of the United States arising therefrom. The President and the Congress shall determine, in accordance with constitutional processes, appropriate action by the United States in response to any such danger.
