The territory's lowest ranking - in 24th place - occurs in the diplomatic influence measure, reflecting Taiwan's status as a diplomatic outsider in the region and increasingly globally. 那這段簡單說明台灣的概況台灣各項排名最高為economic resources 在整體中排第8 最低的則是diplomatic influence 在整體中排第24 Taiwan has dropped one ranking each to 12th for military capability, 13th for future resources and 24th for diplomatic influence, the latter following the loss of official diplomatic ties with two Latin American countries in 2018. Taiwan, however, maintains a substantial network of unofficial representative offices abroad and its foreign policy bureaucracy was ranked 10th in the region for its efficacy. 那這段有提到為什麼diplomatic influence排名會調降就是因為掉了兩個拉丁美洲的邦交國那我想會掉的原因基本上就是錢灑不夠之類那為什麼台灣大部分的邦交要靠金援來維護不就他馬的有個國家虎視眈眈想要消滅台灣的存在感?!
