正好昨天討論中有人提到四年前的年代事件,
所以去調了去年智財法院的判決書出來看(106,刑智上易,4)
關於這個問題, FIFA 的合約裡面有答案
The Licensee shall ensure that in the Territory the Audiovisual
Coverage of each Match （in its entirely）shall be transmitted
throughout the Territory live for reception and viewing on
Television Sets of which not less than twenty-two (22) Matches （
in its entirely） of the Competition shall be transmitted live in
the Territory by means of any Free television services or channels
with Nationwide Coverage including, at a minimum, all Home Team
Matches（if any）, the opening Match, not less than two (2)
quarter-final Matches, both semi-final Matches and the final Match.
沒有做到就違約了, 所以或許有必要查一下是誰把華視拖下來買的
