Rosenstein: “there is no allegation in this indictment that any American,
including people on the Trump campaign, had any knowledge they were
communicating with Russians”
Rosenstein: "There is no allegation in the indictment that the charged
conduct altered the outcome of the 2016 election."
Rosenstein: after election Russians staged US rallies both to support
AND protest Trump's election.
Rosenstein: the stated goal of Russian election meddling program was
"spreading distrust towards the candidates and the political system
in general." Worth noting this goal does NOT include getting Trump elected.
