[問卦] 習慣熬夜的人要怎麼調回來?消失
通常最想睡覺的時間 是吃完飯 半小時候
有時會忍不住想去躺床 可能不小心會睡2 3小時
起來11點 摸ㄧ摸 用電腦 12點多去洗澡
洗澡完精神又正好 看韓劇 ㄧ不小心就3 4點
然後早上要起來上課又very痛苦
想問肥宅們 都是如何調整作息?
