〔記者蔡亞樺/台北報導〕世大運台灣隊成果豐碩,來自於選手艱辛的訓練,北市府提供
運動選手每月訓練補助金(簡稱訓補金,俗稱營養金),其中績優運動選手最高每月可領
到兩萬兩千元,鑑於基本工資明年將調整,訓補金也擬提高到每月三萬元,體育局希望培
育「頂級選手」,讓台灣在國際體壇有更傲人的成就。
藍綠北市議員皆表達認同與支持,國民黨市議員吳世正表示,訓補金制度行之有年,對選
手本該平日就提供照顧,且訓補金數年未動,現在調整最適當,議會會支持。
民進黨市議員阮昭雄認為,運動選手需要專心訓練,若每月有三萬元補助,選手不用再打
工擔憂生活,但他提醒要讓選手有未來,建議市府提出長遠配套計畫。
「台北市績優運動選手訓練補助金發給辦法」於民國一○二年十二月九日實施,選手須設
籍北市一年,分成A、B、C三級補助,其中A級包括奧運前八、亞運或世界各項錦標賽
或世大運前三,以及全國運動會第一名,每人每月發放兩萬兩千元訓補金;至於B級月發
一萬五千元,C級則有九千元。
體育局競技運動科長袁守方表示,「國民體育法」也有制定類似的零用金,用意在於不讓
選手在外疲於打工賺錢,新北市與桃園市跟進,補助金額不一,各縣市有自己財政考量。
袁守方提到,訓補金對選手幫助大,每月領兩萬兩千元、一次補助兩年、五十二萬八千元
,就像月退俸,讓選手妥善運用在訓練或改善生活上,這也有助於吸引其他縣市選手到北
市,而訓補金實施至今近四年,遇北市府主辦世大運,擬將訓補金拉高到每月三萬元。
官員表示,訓補金每年編列預算六千多萬元,若針對頂級選手將每月訓補金拉高到三萬元
,粗估一年所增加預算數百萬。
