我是體重接近90的新竹阿肥
最近希望慢慢把體重降下來 降到70左右
於是開始運動了
昨天做了8下伏地挺身 好累喔 QQ
整個手軟軟的
到今天都還沒什麼力氣
有沒有做完伏地挺身手要軟幾天的八卦呢?
