對常看這類論文的人來說 上面翻法比較累
在成人少量服用下，喵草可能安全，飲用一杯量的喵草茶並無嚴重副作用。
然而，在吸食或者大量服用的情況下(如很多杯喵草茶)，喵草可能不安全。
喵草可造成頭痛、嘔吐，不舒服感。
對於皮膚直接外用喵草情況，目前沒有足夠安全性資料。
