館長嘆鄭多燕「就不是個咖」 1個重點說清楚健身觀!

韓國「塑身女王」鄭多燕靠健身從78公斤瘦成49公斤的辣媽,推自創瘦身操讓亞洲女性瘋
狂跟著跳,不過成吉思汗健身俱樂部「館長」陳之漢對她不甚認同,直言在健身界「鄭多
燕不是個咖」,也在直播中提到,一個人若要在體態上有改變,就必須得做「重量訓練」
。
館長在直播中提到,他認為人要做訓練,不僅是為了身材的改變,更重要的是為了未來的
健康,如果年輕時都賴著不動,等到年紀越長,慢性病、老化等超過百種疾病都會找上門
,到時賺的錢都得拿去繳醫藥費了。他也說到人的肌肉量要增加、體態要改變,唯一能幫
助身體做到的就是「重量訓練」,因為要給身體帶來「無法適應的刺激與破壞」才有可能
進步。
至於有人問到在家運動、跟著「鄭多燕」跳有氧操不行嗎?館長先是搖搖頭嘆:「唉...
賣孬(別鬧了)!」他認為運動需要環境、器材和持之以恆的態度,在家練習並非長久之
計,最後他也直言鄭多燕在健身界「就不是個咖」,更說到外界所熟知的「網路10大健身
名人」基本上有9個不可信。
另外,館長透露過去曾有人說開始重訓,「就會長得跟館長一樣」,讓他氣得開出條件,
表明若是有女生能練成和他一樣的身材,就奉上「獎金10萬」,霸氣言論引起不少網友共
鳴,許多人都留言表示,「很多人以為肌肉很好練」、「不是隨便練就會變金剛芭比」,
希望外界能改變對「重量訓練」的錯誤想像。
