大便時滑手機 醫生:對身體不好
許多人常因為上大號時不知道要幹嘛,於是將手機帶進廁所使用,然而醫師卻認為,在上
大號時用手機對身體並不好,應該只有在想要大號時才進到廁所,然後上完立刻離開。
據《Men's Health》報導指出,美國精神科醫師索克森(Gregory Thorkelson)建議,一
般人最好將上大號的時間控制在10到15分鐘內。他更指出,最好是在身體已經有想大便的
感覺時再進入廁所。如果還不想要上大號就進入廁所,身體就必須透過施力才可以將大便
擠壓出,而這樣的施力容易導致痔瘡、肛門出血。
索克森指出,在上大號時專注在用手機上,可能會讓便意退去,而距離下次又重新產生便
意,可能又要隔上很多小時。他也補充到,如果你常常要花超過10到15分鐘的時間才能大
出便,這可能是身體發出來的警訊。當一個人壓力過大時,身體可能就會減緩腸胃蠕動,
排便的行為也因此減緩。
索克森建議大家,就像床是用來睡覺的,馬桶也只是被拿來大便用的,因此在上大號時,
請將手機放下。
