[問卦] 綠豆浸泡到發芽在煮湯比較無毒?消失
各位鍵盤植物&食品專家好
綠豆為植物的種子
因此在煮食之前 將其浸泡常溫的水(6-12小時)至發芽
可將種子為了延續後代的保命''毒素''釋放出種子外
這招乃是讓他以為自己已經發芽可順利綿延子嗣的手法
發芽後的綠豆不但營養價值更高且也比發芽前較無毒 也較容易熟透好吃
