In the date 7.12.2008 the game will update.
* You can send aid to country that have more then 300 million in
industrial power.
* Everyone can attack the top 100 instead of the rule that everyone
can attack the top 10.

現在援助錢從原本1E改成3E
原本每個人都可以打前10名...現在改成前100名都可以打
