這個並不困難 不用緊張
arithmetic mean 算術平均數
所以 the average rating = the total of the ratings given to a airline for X
例如A 航空reliability ˙7.8 就是表示 總分=7.8*100
換言之三家航空在reliability 的總得分是 (7.8+7.9+4.9)*100 = 20.2*100
在promptness 總得分(6.5+6.9+4.1)*100 = 17.5 * 100
問 how much greater
並不是問倍數 只是問差
(20.2-17.5)*100 = 2.7*100 = 270
故最為接近者為250
