這是我剛剛收到的回應：
As a result of the recent events in Japan, candidates who have test
appointments through April 30, 2011, may reschedule their test appointment
free-of-charge or request a full refund of their test fee if they prefer to
cancel their appointment. Candidates who have test appointments after April 30,
2011, may reschedule their test appointment free-of-charge.
You must contact your GRE® Regional Registration Center by April 30, 2011, to
reschedule or cancel your test. We will continue to review and possibly
revise this policy to include additional test appointment dates as the events
in Japan continue to unfold. If you have questions or are unable to test,
please contact your GRE® Regional Registration Center. ETS offers its
condolences to all of those affected by this tragedy.
目前看來
1. 4/30以前的考試可以免費reschedule或cancel並拿回所有的錢
2. 4/30以後的考試只可免費reschedule
如果福島事件一直未落幕，這個policy應該還會一直修改下去吧!!

: 大致內容就是:
: 我對日本地震感到很難過，但在報名之前，我並無法預測到會有地震及輻射外洩!
: 這些種種並不是我造成的，也不是我的錯，為什麼我要負擔改期的費用?
: 如果不換考場，我的健康若受到損害，是我活該嗎? (本來想寫說，難道你們要負責嗎?XD)
: 我認為改期是我的權益，而且ETS應該要退費給我!
: 不到一天， ETS也給了回覆:
: Please be advised that you can reschedule your test at no charge up to
: April 30, 2011. If you have questions or are unable to test, please contact

: 不知道是時間點的關係，還是怎樣，
: ETS馬上政策就大逆轉了耶! 挖~~ XD
: 不過，我一收到信就馬上去換考場了!
