存這個x整數需要多少記憶體呢?
each digit required 4 bits of menory and the sign of X requires 1 bit
x的每一位的數字要4 bits,而x的正負號也要1 bit
x=-√810000=-900,有三位數字,3*4 bits,一個正負號,1 bit,因此是3*4+1=13
