: 題意看不太懂 請問有誰能解釋一下

我的想法如下：
出生率= 1/3 人/sec
死亡率= 1/10 人/sec
成長率= 兩者相減= 7/30 人/sec
換成以人為單位= 30/7 sec/人= 4 2/7 sec/人
