Eight light bulbs numbered 1 through 8 are arranged in
a circle as shown above(因為我不會貼圖上來所以其實就是這八個
圓圈從12點方向開始是一號，順時鐘下來，六點鐘方向是五號。直到八號).
The bulbs are wired so that every third bulb, continuing
in a clockwise direction, flashes until all bulbs have flashed once.
If the bulb numbered 1 flashes first, which numbered bulb
will flashed last?

B. 3
C. 4
D. 6
E. 7
