T不大於(就是小於等於啦)1.2倍的整數x，且T不小於( = 大於等於)0.8倍的整數x
如果T = 60，則x的最小可能區間為?
所以可以列
T≦1.2x => 60≦1.2x => x=50
T≧0.8x => 60≧0.8x => x=75
∴ 50≦x≦75
