[計量] CAT 2題
1.A bowl contains red,green.white balls. The probability of choosing a red
ball is 1/3. there are 5 more green balls than red ones,and there are 12
white balls total. What is the odds against choosing a white ball?
Ans: 13/4 (其他選項 12/39 12/51 17/4 12/22)
第一題算出來的紅球17個 綠球22個 白球12個
有點不太懂題目最後的意思 Odds 似乎跟probability同義
但我搞不太懂為什麼結果會 >1 ??
2.An obtuse triangle has sides of lengths of 11,15,and k,where k is an
integer
Column A : The number of values of k
Column B : 13
Ans: C
根據兩邊之和大於第三邊 和 鈍角三角形兩邊平方和小於第三邊平方
我算出的k範圍為 18~25??
