第一題
有一家店要漲價，每條浴巾漲一元，漲價後，120元能買的數量比原來
漲價前能買的少 10 條，問原價？
設原價 x 原來可買 y 條
漲價前 120/x= y
漲價後 120/(x+1)= y-10
第一式 x*y=120
第二式 (x+1)(y-10)=120
整理 xy-10x+y-10=120
整理 120-10x+y-10=120
整理 -10x+y-10=0
整理 y=10x+10
把第二式套用至第一式 x*y=120
變成 x*(10x+10)=120
整理 10x^2+10x-120=0
整理 x^2+x-12=0
因式分解 (x+4)(x-3)=0
x= -4 or 3 ，但 -4 不合
所以 x=3，答原價3元。
