以下是我的解法
題目說ABCR是長方形
所以AC跟BR都是對角線
又BR是半徑所以AC=BR=6
SBT=2*6*pi*1/4=3*pi
AS+CT=RS+RT-(RC+AR)=12-8=4
所以SBTCA週長為6+4+3*pi=10+3*pi
