我的想法是
題目的問題是說 把20個人分成好幾個group 每個group的人數不一定
但是不同的group人數不能比其他任何一個組多過於一人
for instance
像A每組至少有3人
所以20/3=6....2 意即可分為六組
但有兩組是四個人 符合題目的要求
但是如果分為五組 每組四個人 也符合要求
所以不能比較col A colB 的大小
