一次買兩箱要 19 ，一次買一箱要 15，假設買了 x 個 "兩箱"，和 y 個 "一箱"
19x + 15y = 91
另外用列舉法
x+y = 6/7/8/9/10
只有 x+y = 9 時有整數解，所以答案是 D
