AB中點M = ((1+2)/2, (2+4)/2) = (1.5, 3)
AB斜率 = (4-2)/(2-1) = 2
AB中垂線斜率 = -1/2
M(1.5, 3)代入AB中垂線: y = (-1/2)x + b, b = 15/4
(4,C)代入y = (-1/2)x + 15/4, C = 7/4
