注意到有個「冒號」

it can be said that 是固定搭配用法
it 既不是虛主詞也不是代名詞

: Beside "the fact" is wordy, why does it not successfully convey the meaning

因為冒號是對其冒號前面接近的對象作解釋/延伸
冒號後面的Alvin Toffler, one of the most....
這句話解釋 that educators are at fault..（D選項）在句意上比較合理？
還是去解釋sth. can hardly be said（E選項）在句意上比較合理？
這樣你應該就知道了吧～
