沒有run-on, 請注意all of which的which是關係代名詞,
關係代名詞具備連接詞及代名詞功用, 連接詞是連接主要子句和形容詞子句,
主要子句是 it will have no effect on sport utility vehicles
形容詞子句是 almost all of which are gasoline powered
: 第一眼看到主詞it後面有動詞have -> 完整句子
: 後面主詞all of which 動詞 are -> 也是有主詞有動詞, 完整句子
: 兩個完整句子之間沒有連接詞 -> run-on ??
all of which是對前面複數名詞的“集合”做描述, 複數名詞為vehicles,
帶入就是all of sport utility vehicles, 這樣的寫法我再找一句給你參考：
