如果像答案 "E" 所說 RenCo 員工待的時間較短
那公司保這種慢性長期病症的保險就沒有意義
D 答案看似 attractive，但存在陷阱

1. 病症程度沒有比較高，但不代表就是比較低
2. 就算比較低好了，但只要是會產生醫療成本
都無法說明 "dose not have the same financial incentive"
