這題很像 Assumption 題
reduce the number of truckloads of refuse to half ->
reduce the amount of residual ash to half
以基本數學來說 truckload of refuse 單位的 residual ash
絕對不能變多才能達到目標
至於 E 的答案 我覺得不妥的原因如下:
1. 今天是以 truckload 為單位計算 所以總量不一定是重點
2. 即使 refuse 變多 但是 residual ash 單位量變少 不見得達不到目標
做邏輯的重點就是要看清題目的考點 而不是單純用方向來判斷
