GMAT考試中，同位語為正確選項的機率頗大
這並不是指只要出現同位語就一定對
而是同位語主要有兩大功用：
1. 簡潔
2. 明確，比較不易有指代不清的問題
本題就是在灌輸第2種概念
根據題意，是什麼affect global climate呢？
應該很清楚，是前面所謂的『long-term interactions』
如果用that指代，如同你所說，有指代不清的問題
A選項重複interactions字眼(即同位語格式)可以有效去除歧義
至於你說的Marconi那題
as a tool "for private conversation" --> 這是介係詞補語，並非重要因素
that文法上可優先指代介係詞補語前面的受詞or主詞，因此這裡並無歧義
萬一考試時沒時間了必須猜題，同位語選項是『較佳』選擇(但並非絕對)
