If C is not equal to E(ex. C=2 and E=3)
There are two conditions:
1. B is equal to D (ex. B=D=2)--> we get Ax+2y=2 ; Ax+2y=3 --> no solution
2. B is not equal to D (ex. B=2 & D=3) --> we get Ax+2y=2 ; Ax+3y=3
--> only one solution
Thus, it is not sufficient
: 2.條件一：若a=3,b=d,c=e，那不是完全一樣的兩條式子嗎？
: 這樣是求解不唯一還是一條式子無法解兩未知數所以不充分？
If you cannot find out the "only one" solution, then it is not sufficient
Remember, unlimited solutions could not be referred to unique solution

We get 3x+By=2 ; 3x+Dy=3
There are also two conditions:
1. If B=D , there is no solution
2. If B is not equal to D , then we can get a unique solution
Thus, it is still insufficient--> answer: E

1. 代表年利率x%下，每半年複利一次
然而在複利效果影響下(利息生利息)，
『年化利率(半年利率 * 2)』不一定要5%才能達到年利率5%的效果
也就是 X 可以允許略小於5，或者說 X > 4.9.....
故不充分
2. 先考慮一個情況：(1 + x/400)^4 > 1.05
那麼就和條件一類似，只是改成"年利率x%下，每季複利一次"
但現在只要複利兩次就能達到年利率5%的效果
則可得知 X/4 > 5/4 --> X > 5
充分
個人認為答案應該是B
