用時態來看
E用Had been 在AT中通常表示比過去還要過去才用
照句意來看 移民到NY應該發生比在native germany晚
用had been表NY會照成句意不明確
所以C選項的時態很明確 had been用來表native germany時期
NY用過去簡單式
