一點愚見
紅色是說, 以前某個proposal的結果是失敗的
藍色是作者自己的proposal
綠色和之後的部份用來支持作者的proposal用的
所以A, C, D就可以不要選
E: 紅色好像是個小結論, 不過作者是要反駁它而不是為其背書.
B: 第一, "an alternative to analyst's proposal" 講那麼多其實就是指
政府的proposal. 沒錯, 紅色就是說政府的proposal沒用
第二, 就是綠色用來支持作者的proposal的兩個理由之一
