[問題] 楊鵬難句 #71
71. Open acknowledgement of the existence of women's oppression was too
radical for the United Stated in the fifties, and Beauvoir's conclusion ,
that change in women's economic condition , though insufficient by itself ,
「remains the basic factor 」 in improving women's situation , was particularly
unacceptable . （4+）
小弟對這句的結構有些問題
可以看得出來and是連接兩個分句用的對等連詞
conclusion, ...... , was 之間的部分看不太懂
想請問說
that在此純粹是指示形容詞用 變成that change開頭的同位語 ？
抑或是用作如同which的關係代名詞 這樣子後面remains動詞的出現感覺比較合理 ？
難句中的解釋是that change in... 為同位語從句
但我認為that應是關代比較合理耶
雖然在修辭中that是不會用在comma之後的…
這也就是我頭大的原因啊
