: 我想問一下 題目主要不是在討論稅跟銷量的關係嗎?為什麼會跟危害健康有關?

該題要問的是strengthen
b選項講的是消費者不論是在稅增加前或增加後，所能得到的、關於抽菸會導致健康風險
的資訊並沒有太大改變
換句話說，會影響銷售量的不是其他的原因(資訊)，而是題目所說的增稅的關係
所以strengthen該題主旨
