小弟認為本題不是考assumption
你要由已知的訊息來判斷選項的內容是否正確
b提到如果一個公司沒有正確預期消費者的期望,則該公司無法品質創新
而原文只有提到消費者期待高品質,而公司提高品質會再次提高消費者預期
跟'預期消費者的期望'並無相關
d提到如果一個公司滿意自己產品的品質,則產品品質會下降
從原文不能推出這個結果,頂多能說如果公司滿意自己產品品質,則消費者會變得不滿意
而公司產品的品質不會自己降低
e提到Megacorp的消費者滿意他的產品品質,但是原文只是一個廣告,並無能提供證據
顯示本選項正確
而c提到只有當產品品質能不斷創新時,Megacorp的目標(不斷滿足或超越消費者預期)
會成真 --> 從原文可以獲得支持
因為若該產品品質創新會有瓶頸,則消費者的對品質的預期有一天會超過產品本身的品質
,也就是說Megacorp的目標就沒辦法達成
