你注意他是問啥? 它不是在問你結論 它是在問你哪個條件強化結論
題目說 機場只允許商用機與配有雷達的私人飛機飛越機場中央地帶的區域 (方法)
結果將會降低飛機在那區域相撞的風險 (結論)
下面的選項 要找的不是結論 結論題目給你了 他要你找的是條件
也就是說 以下哪個條件會使得這個結論更加有力
E這答案就很符合 因為你限制沒雷達私人飛機 必須就是因為這些飛機常引起災難
否則你限制它就沒用啦
至於D 他可以作為這個措施實施後的最後結論 如果你把它當作條件
題目給的結論(降低相撞風險)反而因此被削弱了
總言之 題目是在問你 哪個條件(situation)之下會使題目所提到的結論(conclusion)
