這題小複雜的地方在於, 再用人工獵物昆蟲的實驗下
下面的選項要做兩件事
support pace theory and weaken blind theory
or vice versa
所以要記住, 選項一定要address 到兩個假設理論

: : it, the beetle immediately turns and runs away without its usual
: : intermittent stopping.
: without →only weaken
他指address 到一個

對, direction. 因為beetle是無法接收rapid visual information
而不是direction, out of scope.

weaken blind theory. good
因為, bettle 是有規律的停止
可是看到突然起飛的獵物會加速
如果blind theory 成立, 它應該會多停頓一次
可是beetle 沒有, 所以weaken

: pursuit→ irrelant

sometimes, weasel, 不需要
如果是RC, weasel 可以是個不錯的answer
weasel (黃鼠狼) 在這裡指的是
sometimes, often, 這種有可能是有可能不是的答案
在RC, GMAT為了不要受到complain
所以會weasel 一下
例如
Shaw was the greatest dramatist of his time
Shaw was a great dramatist, although some
critics disagree
RC 你會選第二個, 因為她兩邊看法都兼顧到了
可是CR是建立在 if true 的狀況下
如果你用vague and disputable answer
論點就不成立了
所以
在RC, 看到weasel, 給個+
在CR, 看到weasel, 不用懷疑, 它是錯的答案
P.S 老實說我一開始skim 我原本要選B
還好要選前看到visual information XD
