想引用Marianne Williamson的一段話
有看過山謬傑克森的"卡特教頭"的人，應該都知道這段話：
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people
won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine as children do.
It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other
people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically
liberates others.
我們最深的恐懼不是因為我們無能為力。
最深切的恐懼來自於其實我們無所不能。
我們害怕的是我們光明，而不是黑暗的一面，
畏縮的態度不能改變這個世界，
隱藏自己也無法令身邊的人感到安心。
