我遇到怪問題~我明明都沒下便當狗~想說來便當一下~
結果一直遇到這個

(12:00-19:00), 200MB (19:00-7:00) every hour and Free Members are allowed to
download a maximum of 125 MB (7:00-12:00), 1000 MB (12:00-19:00), 250 MB
(19:00-7:00) every hour

Please note that some ISP's make their users share the same IP address.
