[問題] 蝦子開背
每次料理蝦子都覺得不夠入味
曾經試圖料理前要開背,可是不知道是刀子不夠利還怎樣
又硬又滑的蝦殼實在有夠難切!都開沒幾隻就放棄了!
有人知道快速開背秘訣嗎!?
釣蝦場代工的蝦每隻都開的超漂亮
有沒有什麼撇步呢!!??
